Our 24-hour residential care at The Old Vicarage is exceptional. Many of our carers have been with us for over 10 years and we are extremely proud of them. We believe in treating each resident as we would our own family; listening to their individual needs, stories and preferences.
Dementia Care
Specialised care in a safe, stimulating environment within our dedicated dementia wing. Our care team receive specialised training to deepen their understanding and provide exceptional support for residents living with dementia. We’re proud to be the first care home to implement the groundbreaking “Go With The Flow” workshop, which brings creative improvisation techniques to dementia care. This innovative approach helps our staff create more engaging, personalised experiences for residents.

Nursing Care
The Old Vicarage has a long history in nursing care. We are lucky to have a number of registered general nurses within our wonderful team and we have plans to re-introduce nursing care very soon.
