The Old Vicarage in Moulsford is entering a new chapter, and we’d like to tell you more about it…
The Old Vicarage sits in a beautiful village near the River Thames and has a long-standing reputation for excellent residential and dementia care. What makes it so special is its team. Many colleagues have been part of the home for more than 15 years, and their experience, warmth and commitment to residents are truly exceptional.
We are investing in the home carefully and thoughtfully. Alongside a full redecoration, we have introduced a new chef and nutritionist, expanded our activities programme, added adapted trikes and a wheelchair-accessible minibus, and created more opportunities for residents to get out, stay active and enjoy daily life.
We have also increased staffing levels, giving residents more time and support from the people who care for them. A new exercise specialist and a dedicated dementia coordinator have joined the team, helping us provide more personalised care for every resident.
I believe later life should still feel rich, familiar and full of enjoyment – and that families should feel confident they have found the right place for the person they love.
This new chapter holds some exciting new plans and improvements at The Old Vicarage.
Our fully refurbished wing with beautiful en-suite bedrooms reopens very soon, along with cosy new living spaces, creating a relaxing and homely environment for residents and their visitors. The images below give you a sneak peek of what we are creating at this special Home…
