Our Oxfordshire care home fees for 2025/26 are structured according to individual care needs:

  • Fees range from £1,575 per week for low residential care to £2,150 for high need dementia care

  • Respite fees are similar to care fees, generally £100 per week more but please contact us to discuss as we can be flexible dependant on occupancy and your requirements.

  • Fees are reviewed annually each April in line with inflation
  • Our Care Home Manager will assess care needs prior to admission
  • Individual care requirements will inform the final fee structure
